Community Beach Cleans Tuesday 10th April & Saturday 14th April

We are going to have a go at cleaning the beach on Loch Beag – from the Causeway to the Jetty – on Tuesday 10th April, from 11:00 until 14:00hrs.   All Welcome to come and lend a hand!  If you have buckets, bags, litter pickers, gloves etc., please bring, but we will be able to provide if you haven’t.  Please note, as there may be children taking part and sheep with young lambs in the fields nearby, STRICTLY NO DOGS PLEASE!   Meet at the jetty at 11:00hrs.  We will be trying to keep some sort of record of what we find, so if you don’t want to get your hands dirty, you would be most welcome to help do this instead!

And on the following Saturday, 14th April, we are going to try and clear as much stuff as possible off the beach at Eabost as well.  Again we will aim to start at around 11:00 and work through till 14:00 or thereafter.  Again bring your own equipment if you have it, but we will provide if not.  As per above, as there may be children taking part and sheep with young lambs in the fields nearby, STRICTLY NO DOGS PLEASE!   Meet at the bridge around 11:00 hours.
